Files should be PC readable (Not Mac).
Resolution should be 120 dpi at 100% scale, and at 50%, then at 300 dpi.
Do NOT embed placed files in Illustrator. Convert all fonts in Illustrator into outlines.
Vector file required for PMS color matches. Bitmap images should be set up in CMYK. For color matches, set up Pantone(s) in file. Indicate Pantone Coated or Uncoated.
Send only files relevant for output. When possible, send a hard copy of image.
